Algarfun Viagens e Experiências ("Algarfun", "we") operates algarfun.pt. This page explains what happens to the personal data you send us. Data controller: Algarfun Viagens e Experiências, email fabio@algarfun.pt.
What we collect. When you submit the request form we receive the details you type: name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, tour interests, dates, group size, budget indication and your message. We do not collect anything you do not type yourself.
Why and on what legal basis. We use this data solely to answer your request and prepare your tour proposal — steps taken at your request prior to a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent (art. 6(1)(a)). We never use it for marketing without asking you first, and we never sell or share it with third parties for their purposes.
How it is processed and stored. Your submission is delivered to us by email (via the Resend delivery service) and a backup copy is stored in our secure database hosted by Cloudflare, so no request is ever lost. We keep requests only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting booking, then delete them.
Analytics and cookies. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. That is why you see no cookie banner here.
Your rights. Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, and you may withdraw consent with effect for the future. Simply email fabio@algarfun.pt. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt).
AI transparency
We tell you plainly where artificial intelligence has been used on this website.
The portrait of Fábio Rodrigues is a genuine photograph of him, edited using AI-assisted tools. It is not a synthetic image of a person who does not exist.
Every destination photograph is a licensed photograph of the real place it shows. These have been cropped and resized to fit the layout; none has been generated or altered by AI.
The English text was written for Algarfun. The Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Dutch versions were produced with AI-assisted translation.
